IS CHRISTIANITY EASY
When my son was 5 years old a 7 year old boy told him if he would
follow Satan he could do anything he wanted.
There were no rules.
My son had been witnessing to this little boy.
I had over heard the conversation.
Two weeks later while I was at work the 7 year old started a fire by a
vacant house.
The pastors wife was watching my son.
My son saw the matches and gave them to the pastors wife, told her
what happened, and called the fire department.
One of the neighbors said my son had started the fire.
The pastors wife knew better.
She asked why would he bring me the matches if he started the fire?
We had taught our son to bring matches to us if he found some laying
around.
The pastors wife saw my son bring us matces he had found on the
street many times.
The 7 year old was taught that by the worlds standards there were no
boundries.
My son on the other hand had rules he had to follow.
One of the rules almost got him into a lot of trouble.
There had been people watching my son and his behavior because of
the rules we made him live by.
More than the pastors wife stepped up and said yes they had seen
our son bring matches to us when he found them.
The answer to the question is Christianity easy is no, not always.
There are so many that are lost and they continue to try to pull us
down to their level.
People watch Christians all the time.
No we can't do anything we want.
But with Jesus in our hearts we don't want to conform to the world.
You will be made fun of.
You will be pushed around.
Family members will turn their backs on you.
But there is those who are watching you and looking for a better way
to live their lives.
No we are not perfect.
Only Jesus was perfect.
We have a standard to live by.
God wrote to us through other men and women to show us how we
should be living.
It is called the Bible.
We should be striving to live as God intended so we can lead others
to Him.
There are a lot of people walking around feeling empty inside.
They are looking for something to fill the void in their lives.
So let them see what Jesus has done for you.
Plant seeds in their hearts with Gods loving care will grow.
Also remember the things we teach our children and the lost souls will
be there forever.
Even if they get off the path God has them on eventually will come
back to God.
I have strayed many times but when I came back God embraced me
like the prodical son.
My prayer is if you have strayed from the path God put you on, come
back to your Heavenly Father.
He is waiting for you.
He has been crying out to you to come back.
If you don't know the Lord Jesus Christ I pray you will seek Him.
Don't fill the void in your life with the things of the world.
Come one and all the Lord is planning a great feast for His own people.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
