GET
THE LOVE RIGHT
There are so many bad things going on in this world today.
The churches are not showing love like the first church.
As Christians we want to be in Gods will.
We can do the things that we are suppose to do.
To help those who are in need.
To feed those who are hungry.
To clothe those who need clothes.
To tell people about the good news about Jesus Christ our Lord and
Savior.
Jesus did for all of the sins of the world.
The reason He did it wasn't because the Father said He had to.
Jesus did it willingly because He loved us that much.
Then rose again 3 days later and ascented to Heaven.
God is love.
If we don't do the Fathers work in love we don't have Him in our
hearts.
We have to get the love right in our hearts.
If someone speaks badly about you don't do the same in return.
Instead show them Gods love that lives in your heart.
Hate the sin but love the sinner.
The Bible says everyone loves those who love them is easy.
But if you can love those who come against you then and only then
do you have true love in your heart.
Gods love is a pure love.
That is what we need to seek.
No matter what someone does to you to find it in your heart to for-
give them and to love them as Christ did.
It doesn't matter how many good works you do if you didn't do them
with love you have wasted your time.
People will see through you and know that you just wanted to be a
big shot and everyone should look up to you.
Not wanting anything in return is the way of love.
Not wanting recognition for what you have done is the way of love.
When you have a child you love that child.
You don't say if you don't love me I won't love you.
You love that child even before it is born.
God loved us before we were ever born first.
Through all of my sins and yours God has never stopped loving us.
Can we say that about someone who has hurt us physically?
Can we say that about someone who hurt our children?
I struggled with that for many years.
Then the Lord showed me one day that by my anger with my ex the
only one it hurt was me.
The first thing was that he could careless if I was angry and filled with
hate for him.
The second thing was for years I spoke to him about the Lord.
Because of the anger, hate, and unforgiveness I wasn't acting any
different than him.
The third thing was the things I harboured in my heart kept me from
God.
You see if you can't forgive someone who did you wrong God can't or
won't forgive you either.
When I finally released the hate, anger, and forgave him it felt like a
weight being lifted off my shoulders.
The Lord was finally able to work with me.
I have been growing in the Lord ever since.
When we have hate in your heart it will stifile the love the Holy Spirit
fills us with.
Jesus is the light, way, and the truth.
There can be no darkness in the light.
Anger, hate, and unforgiveness is all in the darkness.
We just have to get the love right in our hearts so we can have a
closer relationship with the Lord.
My prayer is that who ever reads these words, the Lord has given me,
will search their hearts and ask the Lord to take all the dark spots
out of their hearts.
