THE BLESSINGS COME DOWN
The blessings come down as the praises go up.
We worship and praise the Lord for who He is.
The creator of all things in the heavens and earth.
All He had to do was speak it and it was done and it was good.
God made everything by just speaking.
But when it came to man God breathed the breathe of life in us.
There is no one that can claim to make something from nothing.
All that he has was already made.
He just put some of them together to invent something not create
something.
God made us to worship Him.
He loves all of the children.
The other night at the prayer meeting God gave one of the sisters a
word that took my breathe away.
The Lord thanked her for blessing Him.
For seeking His councel in all things.
And He also said well done my faithful child.
It not only blessed her but it blessed the whole group that was
praying.
I have thought about that all day long.
I prayed and spoke to the Lord last night when I went to bed.
What an honor to bless the Lord not just to be blessed by the Lord.
I prayed that one day I will be able to bless the Lord.
I believe that we would all do well to try to bless the Lord.
To not be concerned about getting a blessing from the Lord but to
desire to bless the Lord.
To put Him first in all things.
To seek His councel with all problems.
To seek councel in how to help a brother or sister in the Lord.
To give everything to the Lord knowing that He is in control and you
trust Him with all things.
To make sure that all you do glorifies the Lord.
Never take credit for something that the Lord has done.
To hold your tongue and your temper when someone cusses you out.
Then pray for them.
Show them the Lords love that He has filled us with.
I believe these are the things that bless the Lord.
I also believe that we should all work toward blessing the Lord more
than we do now.
Don't go to the Lord just so He will bless you.
My prayer is that who ever reads these words, the Lord has given me,
will make you think and that you will desire to bless the Lord more
than want blessings from the Lord. To praise and worship Him
more because He is worthy. To seek councel when you have a
problem. And the desire to glorify the Lord in all that you do.
