There is the light, the Body of Christ.
Then there is the darkness, the ways of the world.
There are so many people sitting on the fence between the light and the darkness.
As a Chriatian we know there is only one true God.
God has given us a manual to show us how we should be living.
That manual is called the Bible.
Some people believe in God but are not living as He wants us to live.
Some people don't believe in God.
Those who don't believe are in the darkness.
But those who believe and aren't walking in the Lords ways are sitting on the fence.
If you are one of those people who are sitting on the fence you are going to have to choose the light or the darkness.
If you stay on the fence you will end up in the darkness whether you want to or not.
You go to church and read scriptures with the pastor or Sunday school teacher.
How many times do you read scriptures when you're not in church?
Do you seek God daily?
Do you go to the bars Monday through Saturday?
This is not what God wants from His children.
We need to seek Him daily and get to know Him through scriptures.
Some people say the Old Testament doesn't pertain to our time.
I' telling you God is the same today as He was yesterday and will be tomorrow.
He never chages.
God is a jealous God.
He doesn't want us only part time singing praise songs to Him and reading scriptures one or two days a week.
Then five days a week we do what pleases the world.
As Christians we should walk in the light seven days a week.
Remember those sitting on the fence are watching you as well as non believers.
They're just watching and waiting for us to make a mistake or act as they do.
I pray regularly that anything I might do doesn't turn someone away from God.
Jesus spoke the truth but He lived by His words.
Jesus was tempted when He walked on the earth but He rebuked the things of the world that were not of the Father.
God will rebuke us if we are sitting on the fence.
Don't just live by the scriptures that you like and ignore the rest.
The Holy Spirit will show you the meanings of the scriptures.
The more we seek the Lord the more He will revesl to us,
So get off the fence and start living for the Lord in all that you do.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
