HIS BLOOD
What does the Blood of Christ mean to you?
Ephesians 2: 11 says; Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in
the flesh who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the
Circumcision made in the flesh by hands.
The Israelites were circumcised on the eighth day after their birth.
Because they were the chosen people they thought they were the
only ones God protected.
The Gentiles were referred to as the Uncircumcision which meant they
were a lower class of people.
Colossians 2:1 says; In Him you were also circumcised with the
circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the
sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ.
You see when Jesus went to the cross and allowed man to nail Him to
the cross and He died.
Jesus paid the price for the sins of the world with His life.
He rose again in 3 days so began the New Covenant between God and
us.
The old covenant required the Israelites to sacrifice animals and the
blood was used for the forgiveness of sins.
Now Christians are forgiven their sins spiritually by taking the sins out
of their hearts.
Ephesians 2:12 says; that at the time you were without Christ, being
alien from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the
covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the
world.
So you see only the chosen Israelites has access to God with the Old
Covenant.
When the Israelites turned away from God and crucified Jesus that is
when God started moving among the Gentiles.
Ephesians 2:13 says; But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far
off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Just one drop of blood of Christ Jesus makes us white as snow.
We are set free from our sins.
For the first time you are truly free.
When you ask Jesus into your heart from your heart you are indeed
free.
You will be a new person in Christ Jesus.
Walk in Christ all the rest of your days till God calls you home.
Then you will be in the presence of the Lord for eternity.
My prayer is that who ever reads these words, the Lord gave me, will
find this word as a great witnessing tool. To help the lost souls
understand just how much God loves them. He loves them so
much He sacrificed His only son so that we will have eternal life
in Christ.
God bless you and your family, may the Lord keep you close to Him.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
