THE BEAUTY DESTROYED
When God created the earth everything was beautiful.
Then sin caused the earth to be tainted.
As the years went by and man thought he got smarter things began
to change.
Man began to clear the land of the trees.
But they took more than they needed.
There was so much waste.
More years went by and things continued to get worse.
Man destroyed things just to be destroying them.
We were so selfish that we did not think about the generations that
would follow.
Eventually we were building factories.
Using chemicals that not only destroyed vegetation but also the
animals.
They made laws that said they could not let the chemicals run into
the ground.
So to get around it they started to run the chemicals into streams,
lakes, rivers and the ocean.
Fish started dying and also the plant life some of the fish ate.
Some places the water is so contaminated that you can fish but you
can't eat the fish because they cause cancer.
Then they noticed that people were getting sick and even dying.
More and more people were getting all kinds of different cancers.
The elderly and young children were affected more than others.
The owners of the factories denied everything.
The factories could not dispose of the chemicals legally because it
would cost them too much money.
They were looking at the bottom line.
They got the people behind them by saying they would loose their
jobs.
Every one was looking at the bottom line.
Never mind that children and the elderly were becoming sick.
Some of them were dying.
People were making money their god.
In the United States the money said In God We Trust.
But were they?
Absolutely not!!!
Money was their god.
The big bank accounts.
The big houses, cars, boats, and anything else they could buy.
People forgot all about God, the creator who gave us everything.
All the time God was getting more angry with the United States and
the other countries that followed suit.
Many claimed to be Christians but God was put at the bottom of the
list of things that needed attention.
Parents worked more hours and let the children run wild.
But they thought they were doing good because the bank accounts
were growing.
If one of the children got into trouble all they had to do was buy their
way out of it.
They blamed the teachers for not teaching the children to behave.
Oh my, who's job is it to teach the children to behave, right from
wrong, and manners?
Parents used to teach their children all of those things.
Parents used to teach their children about God.
Now they push the kids out the door on Sunday and send them to
church.
When the children get into trouble it is the churches fault because
they did not teach them right from wrong.
We all need to get down on our knees and cry out to God and ask for
forgiveness.
Yes I am including myself in the we.
I should be doing more than I am doing to make a difference in this
world.
Not only did we destroy the beauty of the earth but now we are
ruining the most precious gift God gave us, out children, and we
are ruining them too.
Have we no shame?
We worry more about our bank accounts than we do our children.
As I write these words my heart is aching.
I could just cry when I think of the way we have let God down.
God has never let me down.
Has God let you down?
We deserve nothing for the way we have treated God.
The shame of it is that it is not only the lost souls doing such things
but it is also the Christians.
We should all be crying for the mess we have made of things.
GOD HELP US TO CHANGE OUR WAYS.
Christiains what are we doing to make a difference?
God loves us so much.
He allowed His only Son to die for us.
We all better wake up an smell the roses.
Start using those big bank accounts to increase Gods Kingdom.
Our time in the world is not about us.
It is all about our Lord Jesus Christ.
Quit blaming everyone else for you ill mannered children.
Look in the mirror and blame the one you see.
Our worst enemy is ourselves.
If someone you loved dearly, treated you the way we treat our Lord
you would be in tears.
My prayer is that all who read the Lords words would get down on
your knees and pray for forgiveness.
Pray more as I will be too.
The Lords words truly touched my heart.
I see the need to change my life and I pray that you feel the same.
He loves us so much and we owe Jesus a debt that will never be
paid.
God bless all of you and yours.
