God has a plan for each one of His children.
God is in control of our lives.
Each one of us have our ways to serve Him.
Each position is as important as the next.
As Christians we have to accept where the Lord has positioned us.
Where the Lord has us is where we can serve Him best.
Some of His children will hae more responsibility than others.
But that's because of where you are in your walk with the Lord.
God won't put you in a position you're not ready for.
Sometimes God will put the wife in the lead position at home.
Yes, the husband is suppose to be the head of the family.
But say the husband isn't saved or is a baby in the Lord.
As the husband grows in the Lord and he starts to walk and then he runs and then his heart is set on fire for the Lord.
Then and only then will the Lord have the wife step down from the lead position.
Then and only then will the husband be put into the position of head of the family.
Your son is just out of high school.
He applies for a job in the mail room of a big company.
You wouldn't expect him to be hired as the vice president of the company.
That would certainly set him up to a sure failure.
That failure would discourage him.
He might not even look for another job.
But if your son worked his way up the ladder it would be different.
He would have been encouraged with every rung he climbed.
The Lord works with His children the same way.
He doesn't want to discourage us by having us do something we're not ready for.
God works the same way in His church.
The p[astor must be able to handle te responsibility.
Their walk with the Lord must be strong and keep themselves open for His directives.
The Lord doesn't want us to envy those who are in the lead.
He wants us to be thankful for what ever position we are in.
That we know in our hearts we are in the position that is best for us.
That the Kingdom of God is being served in the best way possible by what we are doing.
Don't envey others for their positions.
If you find yorself doing that ask for forgiveness.
Then ask Him to help you get over those feelings.
God wants all His children to be happy and content.
Continue to grow in the Lord.
Open yourself whole heartedly so He can help you grow in your walk with Him.
You'll see as you grow the Lord will increase your responsibilities in the Kingdom.
Enjoy your walk with Him.
You'll be amazed at what He will do in your life.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
