TOO LITTLE TIME
This is a challenge the Lord is giving to me and you.
For a one week period write down how much time you spend in your
day on all that you do.
We were at our weekly prayer meeting.
I am not sure how long we prayed but I was enjoying my time with the
Lord.
After the prayer we have snacks and fellowship.
I just could not bring myself to go in the kitchen and eat.
So I went for a walk and continued to pray.
I don't know how long I walked and prayed.
I am not saying that I am better than anyone else.
Far from it.
When I think about how little time I spend with the Lord I am
ashamed.
How much time does Jesus spend with us?
Jesus is with us every minute of every day.
I do so little to serve Him.
Not enough time with Him learning the life lessons I need to be able
to survive the last of days.
How much does Jesus do for us?
He does everything for us.
He protects us whether we are driving, walking, taking care of chores
and even when we are sleeping.
So what does that say for me and you?
Are you giving God what He is due?
How much do you serve Him?
How many life lessons have you missed because you were too busy?
We turn on the TV and watch a movie, the news, and then we are
ready to go to sleep.
Reading the Bible went by the way side.
So did our time to worship and praise the Lord.
No life lesson learned that night either.
Some of Gods children are working over time because His other
children went outside to play.
We all know the parable about the 10 virgins.
Five of them worked serving the Lord.
Praying many hours.
Helping others come into the light.
The other firve virgins spent their time playing.
They probably prayed some.
They did serve the Lord but only when they got bored playing.
They were too busy playing to lead others into the light.
The life lessons were ignored.
They were saved so why learn more?
But when the call came those 5 virgins were not prepared.
They asked the 5 who had been working to help.
But if they would have stopped to teach them they would have been
late.
The five went on.
The other 5 had to learn quickly in order to get there to meet the
Lord.
But by the time they got there it was too late.
They had been left behind.
The same thing could happen to us.
It is time to change our ways before it is too late.
Turn off the TV.
Read the Bible so you will understand the Lord and His ways.
Praise and worship Him more.
Pray more and listen to the Lord when He is trying to teach you the
life lessons you are going to need in the last of days.
Serve Him more.
Seek the lost and lead them into the light.
Don't listen to your flesh when it wants to just play.
Don't short change God.
Give Him all that is due to Him.
Your flesh will take all of your time with the Lord if you let it.
SEEK, SEEK, SEEK the Lord throughout your day.
FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS on the Lord.
LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN to the Lord as He teaches you the life
lessons you will need.
PRAISE & WORSHIP, PRAISE & WORSHIP, PRAISE & WORSHIP for He
is worthy of all our praise and worship.
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY that you are in His will.
SERVE, SERVE, SERVE Him in all that you do so He will be glorified.
Christians prepare yourselves for the last of days.
Prepare yourselves foe revival that is coming soon.
The only way you will be prepared is to spend more time with the
Lord.
My prayer is that all who read the Lords words, He had me write, will
take the challenge and see just how little time you spend with
the Lord.
Then change you ways and give the Lord all that is due to Him.
Honor Him with your time.
God bless all of you and yours.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
