DON'T CLAIM IT THINK POSSITIVE
Too many Christians put a negetive spin on things.
Have you ever known someone that the cup is always half empty?
Or you ask how they are doing and you get a list a mile long about all
their woes.
Have you ever noticed that there can be a room full of happy people
and someone comes in down in the dumps how it effects the
other people?
Not long after they come in they tend to pull others down.
Be careful what you speak out.
If you claim an illness long enough you just might receive it.
As a Christian we know that we have God on our side.
Sometimes we do get sick.
But what I have found is that if I just keep my eyes, mind, and soul on
the Lord it doesn't last long.
Before I know it I have bounced back and ready to fight a good fight.
Praise the Lord I've seen broken bones that mend so fast that the
doctors are in awe.
Blockages that desolve over night.
They try to claim it was a mistake on the tests.
But they did 3 different tests and they all showed the same thing.
The doctors don't want to admit that there is a God and that He is in
control not the doctor.
So if you have an illness don't claim it.
I'm not saying not to take your medicine.
Just give it to the Lord and ask Him to give you a healing touch.
Also have your sisters and brothers pray over you.
If you have never experienced a healing touch from the Lord you are
in for something you will never forget.
Our Heavenly Father doesn't want His children to be sick.
Give it to the Lord and go about your day as much as you can.
What about the person that goes into a job interview they say I won't
get this job anyway so what the heck.
Don't you think that the employer can see that attitude in you?
Body language tells us a lot about our attitude.
First off the Lord is with you.
Go into the interview thinking I can get this job!
If you don't keep smiling it wasn't the Lords will for you to get that
job.
Maybe the next week you get an interview with a better company.
Better pay, better benefits, and the company cares more about their
employees.
No matter what, go in with a possitive attitude and even if you don't
get it you feel better anyway.
Then there is the tribulations you are going through seem impossible
to get through.
Here again the Lord is with you no matter what is going on around
you.
Sometimes the Lord will calm the raging storm that is tossing you
about.
And sometimes He will calm the storm in you and give you a peace
even though the storm around you continues to press on.
If your heart is broken over a lost love.
Jesus will come and comfort you.
Your tears may flow but the Lord can change your tears from sad,
hurting tears to tears of joy.
The Lord can take a bad situation into a good thing.
I have found that if you are down and out count all the ways that
the Lord has blessed you with.
Think about someone who has it a lot harder than you do.
I can honestly say that I have never been is a situation that I could
not think of someone who had a much worse circumstance to get
through.
I find myself praising the Lord for all of my blessings.
Then I pray for the ones who are worse off and try to figure out a
way to help.
Be thankful for what you do have.
Don't focus on what you don't have.
Another thing never look at someone else and compare what they
have to what you have.
Things account for nothing.
Sure God wants His children to have nice things.
But what is the most important thing you have?
To have Gods love in your heart is the one thing that we can't do
without.
Family is also very inportant.
Brothers and sisters in the Lord that you can go to in times when you
need a little support.
Someone to talk to when your little world comes crashing in all
around you.
Nobody wants to be around someone who is grumbling and complaining
all the time.
Someone who only speaks negitive thoughts.
None of us have a perfect life at least in this world.
But when the new world comes it will be perfect for all who live there
with our Lord Jesus Christ.
He died on the cross for all the sins of the world.
He didn't grumble and complain not once.
So if you are having a bad day look for the good things in your life.
Just think about the days Jesus had.
Beaten beyond recognition, spit on, stripped of all His clothes, and not
one would come to Him because they feared for their own lives.
Jusus never complained or grumbled about how unfair it was.
Instead with His dying breathe He said, Father forgive them for they
know not what they have done.
Next time you are having a bad hair day think about what Jesus went
through so we might have ever lasting life.
If you don't know Jesus ask Him into your heart.
Repent from your sins and walk as Jesus did while He was on this
earth.
Look for someone who can help you with questions you will have.
Read the Bible, pray for wisdom to understand what you are reading.
Fellowship with other brothers and sisters in the Lord.
My prayer is that all who read these words, the Lord gave me to
write, will find their way into your heart.
That you will be thankful for what you have.
That you will stop grumbling and complaining.
Remember it is all about how much the Lord loves you.
He is waiting for you to come to Him.
God bless you and yours and may the Lord keep you close to Him.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
