MYSTERY
APPRECIATION PT3
Ephesians 3:14-15 says; For this season I bow my knees to the
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family
in heaven and earth is named,
Paul is talking about all people on earth.
But also the angels in the heavenly realm.
Both man and angels are created by God the Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
Ephesians 3:16 says; that He would grant you according to the riches
of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in
the inner man,
In this verse Paul is telling us that God will supply all of our needs.
But he is also talking about our spiritual needs.
Philippians 4:19 says; And my God shall supply all your needs accord-
ing to His riches in glory by Jesus Christ.
This promise is one that all Christians should remember and by faith
believe that God will supply all your needs.
God does not promise to supply all of your wants.
So when you pray for something think about it.
Do you really need it or is it just one of the things your flesh wants?
That is not to say that God won't supply our wants but sometimes we
want things that could be harmful to us.
In that case the answer would be no.
Sometimes the answer is wait.
Colossians 1:23 says; if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded
and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the
gospel which you heard, which was preached to every creature
under heaven, of which I Paul became a minister.
Paul is referring to the Colossians persevering the trials and tribulation
they had been through.
They kept their eyes on the Lord and in faith they rode out the storms
knowing the Lord was with them.
Romans 7:22 says; For I delight in the law of God according to the
inward man.
This verse refers to the mind and the believers that are in one mind
with God and the new person they have become through Christ.
Ephesians 3:17 says; that Christ may dwell in your hearts through
faith that you being rooted and grounded in love.
This verse is talking about when we were first saved we asked Jesus
into our hearts.
God is love and now our hearts are filled with His love.
Jesus loves us so much that He died for out sins.
I don't know any man, woman, or child that would consider dying for
someone elses sins.
Would you be willing to be put to death for someone else?
John 14:23 says; Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me
he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will
come to him and make Our home with him.
Jesus is saying that if we love Him and the Father we will have an
intimate relationship with Them through His Spirit and Jesus is in
our hearts.
We will fellowship with God the Father and Jesus through the Holy
Spirit.
Ephesians 3:18 says; May be able to comprehend with all the saints
what is the width and length and depth and height.
Paul is talking about being spiritually inlightened.
That there is nothing God can't do for us.
Most of the gifts we receive are spiritual gifts from above.
Teaching us the ways of the Lord but we must walk in His ways in
order to receive these gifts.
The world calls blessings something that involves money to purchase
that blessing.
But Gods spiritual gifts are not attached to a price tag.
They are all about love.
Romans 8:39 says; nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing
shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ
Jesus our Lord.
Paul knows the love of Christ and he knows that no one can take him
away from God.
The other side of the coin is that if you aren't walking in the ways of
the Lord you are opening the door for the enemy to move in.
Ephesians 3:19 says; To know the love of Christ which passes know-
ledge that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
We, even Christians, have no idea just how great the love of Christ is.
There is no such love on earth now.
Not between husband and wife nor between parent and child.
We will not know the fullness of His love for us until we are called
home.
The fullness of God is the abundance of gifts that come from God.
Ehpesians 1:23 says; Which is His body the fullness of Him who fills all
in all.
Jesus is everything and He lives in our hearts.
The Holy Spirit will tell us what we are suppose to be doing in our walk
with Christ.
The greatest gift we receive from the Lord is love.
Ephesians 3:20-21 says; Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly
abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power
that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to
all generations, forever and ever. Amen
Paul is pointing out that there is nothing God can not do.
There is nothing that can limit what He is able to do.
No mans imagination can limit Gods love or gifts (spiritually or
materially).
So as you can see the appreciation of the mystery is that with
salvation we are all able to have a personal relationship with the
Lord.
There is no limit to Gods love for us.
The scriptures I used in this lesson, the Lord told me to do are:
Ephesians 3:14-21, 1:3, 1:18, 1:23, Philippians 4:19,
Colossians 1:11, 1:23, 1:29, Romans 7:22, 8:39, 16:25, 11:26
John 14:23, 1 Corinthians 2:9.
My prayer is that who ever reads this lesson will read all of the scrip-
tures and see what revelation the Lord will give to you. That you
wll use this lesson to witness to the lost souls that the Lord leads
you to. This lesson is truly about the love God has for all of us.
God bless you and your family, may the Lord keep you close to Him.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
