Have you ever heard someone say they want more of the Lord?
Do you know what that really means?
The Lord has been showing me just what it means and what to expect
when we get to the next level of the Lord.
Some say that it is knowing the scriptures.
That is deffinately part of it.
We need to understand the scriptures to get to know the Lord
better.
You must build your faith up to trust Him for all your needs.
Ask Him to help you with this because your faith comes from Him.
By grace we are saved through faith.
Your faith comes from God.
Ask and He will gladly help you.
You must be willing to serve Him 24/7.
When the Holy Spirit calls you to do something listen up and do it.
Things won't always be easy.
Many will come against you.
The enemy will try to discourage you at every turn.
If the Lord has something for you to do and you had other plans don't
put God on hold.
Even though you really wanted to do something that would be fun do
Gods bidding first and put your plans on hold.
Your flesh won't always like that but if you truly want more of the
Lord it won't be that hard to give up what the flesh wants.
I was given a word once that the enemy was going to attack my
health because I was getting too close to the Lord.
I didn't like the word much but at least I had a heads up on what
was going to happen.
It was one thing right after another for about 4 months.
But I kept my eyes on Jesus and kept praising Him for all my
blessings.
The doctors found heart problems.
Not a problem for the Lord though.
My sisters and brothers in the Lord prayed for me on Thursday night.
Went in the hospital on Friday and they got in my heart and said the
test must have been wrong because there were no blockages.
I told them that the Lord healed me the night before.
Let me tell you the doctor didn't want to hear that.
If you want more you must be willing to go the extra mile for the
Lord.
No matter what is going on in your life you have to praise Him.
Jesus died for your sins and mine.
No matter what I do for the Lord it will never be enough to pay the
debt that I owe Him.
Are you willing to be called all kinds of names because you'd do
anything for the Lord?
Are you willing for those who are of the world to push you around?
Are you willing to give up your life for Jesus?
If you are willing to do all those things you will surely recieve more
more of the Lord.
People will be able to tell that you are one of Gods children.
That you are no longer a person of the world.
Know that if you are serious about wanting more of the Lord and you
do as the Holy Spirit directs you, you will have more of the Lord.
God knows your heart and knows if you are serious about wanting
more of the Lord.
He will protect you.
His love, joy, peace, and hope will grow in your heart.
I pray all Christians will never be satisfied with just a little piece of the
Lord.
That you will dedicate all that you do to the Lord and give Him all the
glory.
PRAISE GOD THE FATHER, JESUS OUR SAVIOR, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
THAT LIVES WITHIN ALL CHRISTIANS.
